Great property, relaxing neighborhood, communication was great, nice kitchen and dining area.

I just want to say that Marcos was very accommodating and his home was very peaceful and quiet!! The beds are super comfortable the kitchen is really cute and the location is perfect! We had a late check in and Marcos was fine and very communicative. Would definitely be back soon for a staycation!! Please book this place it’s super wonderful! Best Airbnb.

Had a nice stay and my pet was allowed which was great. I am traveling with my small dog. Only thing i would say (and this is Air BNB bookings in general lately) is that there were no toiletries, coffee, basics provided. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and paper towels. I like when these things are there for your convenience when you first arrive. The last thing you feel like doing after a long drive or flight is having to immediately run to the store. I always end up buying these basics if i am there for more than a couple days and leave it when i go. Kind of a pay it forward. Overall, a good stay.

I rented this Airbnb while in town visiting family. The space has a split floor plan, large common area and was clean. While the neighborhood isn’t upscale, it is quiet. William was accommodating and very responsive to messaging.

I was a snow bird this winter . I picked this winter park location because it was close to my family. I really enjoyed my stay and the bed is very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Brie and Kemper were very responsive to my needs. I rate this place a 10+

Katie was awesome! The place was just as described. She was extremely accommodating especially when we needed an extra night on our stay last minute. The neighborhood was very quiet we never heard anything from anybody around us. It’s a wonderful location as well. Within walking distance to downtown Sanford. Will absolutely stay here again when we are back in town.

very lovely home that was able to accommodate my large family. very comfortable beds and couches with a fantastically stocked kitchen utilities-wise. the yard was amazing for our dog and we quite enjoyed the screened-in lanai. 20 mins from UCF as well!

Aline is a absolutely wonderful hostess. She is thoughtful and quick in her responding to any questions that we had. The Home is exceptionally well kept. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We are already talking about and looking forward to our next trip to Florida and staying at this location again if you are considering this rental, I would encourage you to not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Both the Home and the host are exceptional.

I couldn’t have picked a better listing! The home was spotless and exactly as described. Our dogs had a blast in the backyard, and when we were at the house, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall by the pool made lounging so relaxing—we even drifted off to sleep! Travis was an excellent communicator, always helpful and responsive. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet, and everyone slept soundly without any disturbances. My mom and grandma especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a TV, which made their stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again when we travel with our family!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

Absolute gem!!! We couldn't recommend this home more! It is perfect! Our favorite was the lanai out back and beautiful pool, amenities, and tropical plants and flowers and trees!! The home is decorated with the most beautiful mosaic artwork and is sparkling clean! Everything we could have needed was provided! We truly didn't want to leave! We have stayed in many homes through Airbnb and other rental sites and this home was our favorite!!

Dee & Julia were fantastic hosts and the space was great! It was super close to the main Orlando attractions and the pool was Amazing and super clean. I also loved that the space was dog friendly! Our pups felt right at home! Side note- the blender in this house was amazing!

We had a very nice stay in Woojin’s spacious home! They were very responsive to our requests. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! We would definitely choose to stay here when we come back to Sanford again!

It was an awesome staycation at a beautiful cozy bungalow! Definitely worth every penny. Between the comfortability of that couch and the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom it was my own personal safe haven for the weekend. Major kudos!

We LOVED the house. Beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the chairs to sit and watch them. I would stay there again if I am back in the area.

This was a wonderful little house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts communicated well about check-in, where to park, and guests staying in the larger attached house. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Sanford and the riverwalk, making it an ideal location.

Rolando was a great host. Easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. His place is clean and fresh and he had the air and lights on for us when we arrived. We got in at night so that was a blessing. Thank you for the stay!

My friend's and I couldn't have enjoyed our stay at Amanda's cabin any more. The cabin was super cozy, well appointed, and was located in such a peaceful, tucked away neighborhood. It was a very welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of south Florida. And we got to visit Amanda's horses right across the street, which was extra special! The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable. Amanda is extremely responsive and was amenable to questions and requests we had. We would absolutely love to stay at the cabin again in the future

These hosts were fantastic! So responsive, worked hard to help accommodate our schedule, the house was spotless and well equipped, it was everything we needed for our "workcation"! We felt right at home but also well taken care of.. so grateful we found this spot!

we stayed at this VRBO for 4 nights in April. It was just as I had hoped, clean, quiet, comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and we we really enjoyed the back porch. I will definitely rent this again when we come down to visit our son and his family. Thank you for a great stay!
