This was a fantastic rental, and the house and location were great. It was a short walk to Magazine St to grab coffee in the morning and an easy walk or uber to other points of interest. We could have spent the whole trip on the amazing patio outside. I’m definitely hoping to be back!

This place was amazing! Perfect for our extended family vacation with a total of 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids). The place was clean and beautiful. Having the pool right out the back door was ideal. Super short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach that felt secluded. Definitely worth the cost to heat the pool in March. Only minor complaints are the finicky door alarm for the pool, minimal throw blankets available around the couch, and no provided baby gear (pack and play/baby gate/high chair). We will likely be back! Marissa is very responsive and helpful with all questions and the check in/ check out process is clear. You are about 15 mins from the state park at the end of the cape and 15 minutes from downtown port saint joe. The complex has private pickle ball courts and there is a nice park right across the street that you can ride bikes to. Great little area to vacation and great place to stay!

The place was better than the pictures! Felt super cozy, was super stocked and clean. Our pups felt super comfortable too. Back yard was great for them to roam around and just be free. Amazing coffee spot only 5 min away and on the way to the beach and to Apalachicola. The recommendations by Pamela were great and super helpful. The area is also so very peaceful which was so nice to just make us feel even more relaxed and away from it all! 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!!

We stayed at Charles’s home during the first weekend of Jazz Fest and it was the perfect location. Quick Uber rides to French Quarter.. pretty much anywhere you need to go. We did swamp and plantation tours as well and those were only about 25-30 mins from the location! Check in was easy and Charles was super responsive with our “recommendation questions” :) 5/5 stars, would recommend!

We love this house! This was our third time staying there and we'd do it again in a minute.

This was I believe our 6th stay over the past 3 years at Craig & Melanie's place and it was as always outstanding in all areas. The place is pristine with everything that you would need. The bed is like new and provides a solid night's sleep. The bathroom has an excellent shower, the kitchen is well outfitted with coffee, sugar & creamer provided and the living room is very comfortable with a large tv with multiple channels/services. There is also a nice desk and lamp and table & chairs. They also leave plenty of bottles of spring water and a delicious chocolate bar to close the deal. We will plan on returning for years to come.

First, I would like to say that Georgia was a great host. Communications and suggestions were proactive. The home listing matched the actual home and met all of our expectations. We have stayed on several Airbnb’s in the Waco area and this was by far the best one. This will be our “go to” on our next visit.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed this place so so much. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend so we never drove - just walked everywhere. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Jennifer was so responsive when we didn't not have a K-Cup coffee maker and had one delivered overnight so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. A life saver! Loved the outdoor patio area with the swinging bed! Such a nice breeze when we came back after a hard day of shopping and wanted to just hang and rest before dinner. Definitely plan to come back again! :)

Lovely stay at a comfy apartment full of amenities and set in a perfect location. Easy parking, washer/dryer in the apartment, tons of extra bedding and all the comforts of home..plus very responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been traveling to New Orleans for Jazz Fest for over thirty years and I can say without hesitation that Kate and Robert’s house is our absolute favorite. It’s huge, clean, and beautifully decorated with a ton of character. It’s right by the fabulous Faubourg Marigny area with lots of great music venues and restaurants. There’s a market a block away for any grocery items you might need. And great AC, essential for New Orleans. My only hesitation in posting this rave review is that I don’t want it to be taken next time we visit! Five stars all the way!!

Messiah and Mike were absolutely amazing host. The unit was amazing and made me feel right at home, being away on business for almost a month, I was very comfortable. I hope if I am ever in Dallas again, Messiah and Mike can host me again!! Thanks again guys :)

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a fancy feast if you wanted to. While it was 94 degrees outside, the bedroom and living room A/C units kept the apartment comfortably cool. The bathroom was well stocked from bandaids to sunscreen. We felt we had packed too many accessories that weren't needed because of all the amenities provided. There was even chilled water in the refrigerator.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Such a wonderful condo in a superb location. Everything was as advertised. Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful weather; we couldn’t ask for anything more. Check-in and checkout instructions are clear, concise, and straightforward. No, perfection isn’t possible, but our stay in Todd’s place was pretty close!

Brady did a great job. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure I did not need anything. I would recommend this place.

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

We enjoyed our stay here! It felt like home and was comfortable and cozy. Great central location for dining and local activities that we had planned. Host was very proactive and friendly. We are hoping that we can stay here next year when we visit this nice area again.
