Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The FW")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The Castle Cottage

Tucked away in the trees of Vilano Beach is a little known magical hideaway, the Castle Cottage. This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. This perfect getaway location allows you to be free from the crowds but still within five miles of downtown St. Augustine. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.

Playin Possum

This is the perfect bayou getaway in the heart of Cajun Country. It overlooks Bayou Amy, which is adjacent to the Atchafalaya Basin. It’s also within minutes of genuine and authentic Cajun cuisine (Landry’s and Pat’s) and local fishing and boating spots (Atchafalaya Basin). With a deck overlooking the water, a comfy bed, and plenty of outdoor space, it covers all points of interest! A great hideaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families!

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Cute Farmhouse - alpaca, donkey, sheep & hot tub!

The Farmhouse at Spotted Sheep Farms is a Texas chic property and is perfect for a wine country getaway. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, llamas, miniature donkeys, miniature sheep and of course, spotted sheep! It boasts an open floorplan with full kitchen, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, brand new HotTub, satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix, outdoor games, fire pit, and large porch to watch the sunset and farm animals.

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

The Cottage on Red Creek

Are you looking for a week or weekend get-a- way? A chance to float in the creek and relax? We've got the place and a chair waiting for you! Recently renovated, the cottage has all the necessary amenities as your home would.   It sits perched on a hill above Red Creek.  It's a great location if you would love to see more of the gulf coast region! It is within reasonable driving distance to the beach,  casinos,  shopping & more!

The Burrow: Built 1837

Looking for a peaceful retreat? Are you a history buff looking to soak up some Texas culture? Are you a nature lover wanting to stargaze? Maybe a Football fan heading to Kyle Field? Or Heading to the TX Ren Fest? This dogtrot cottage was built in 1837 and updated in 2016. The clawfoot tub comes with an array of soaking salts/bath bombs. It’s on 1/2 acre wooded lot and peaceful street. LGBT Friendly.
