Originally built in 1895, this beautifully refurbished 3 BR 2 BA single-family home includes a large outdoor living space with a PRIVATE hot tub, a gas grill, a propane fire pit, and a separate area housing two playful goats. This retreat is in a quiet location within walking and/or bicycle distance to everything Old Town Fort Collins has to offer.

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Colorado Modern Cabin

This beautiful, modern cabin, is showered in sunlight. Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. With apple trees, berries & gardens, this quiet country setting is one of the best locations in town. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design. Relax in the evenings taking in the mountain sunsets while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch.

Old Town Loveland

Cozy and comfortable Cottage home with historic charm, walking distance to old town Loveland. Located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Short, scenic drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fifteen minutes to CSU and Fort Collins. Screened in backyard patio with a fully fenced in yard. Full access to the entire, fully furnished home. Breakfast and snack items also included! Your home away from home while visiting Colorado.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Zen Den - Private Basement Guest Suite and Hot Tub

Spacious, private, separate entrance: entire basement bedrooms with private entrance, living room, comfy couch, big screen TV, bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge and two burners for cooking. Big backyard, hot tub, next to the riverbend ponds and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the breweries. *Guests have the entire lower level basement of the home to themselves during their stay.
