The appartement was perfect with incredible views of the Burj Khalifa, especially at night during light shows. The Dubai Mall easily accessible, by a 5 minute board walk. I would definitly stay here again.

Perfect location next to Madinat Well Fornitured apartment and well kept Host is very reactive to any needs and very kind! The a/c might need a better setting because in some situation is too hot or too cold

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

I really liked the place, space is much better for 3 pax with extra bed. Location is also very accessible,close to bus stop, even Bathroom and kitchen also were good & clean. Finally Usman is a nice host though.Keep it up the good work.

Great location very close to all the shops, restaurants, tram station and beach. The host was very responsive. The shower door was slightly loose and I was worried that it might break and they had maintenance over instantly. Really enjoyed my trip and would definitely recommend

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

The accommodation is very nice and he is an excellent hoist and i will book again anytime I will be there

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

Excellent emplacement ! Proche de toutes commodités et du quartier de la marina et de JBR ! Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

The stay was absolutely amazing! The view over Dubai Marina and the iconic Ferris wheel was breathtaking – a true highlight every day. The apartment was clean, cozy, and instantly felt like home. A huge plus was having both the pool and the beach right at the doorstep. Despite the central location, it was pleasantly quiet in the evenings. The hosts were always available and very helpful. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back anytime!

The location is inside JVC. Suitable for self driving visitors. The locality is quite. 2 small restaurants, small grocery store nearby.

Unser Aufenthalt im Paramount Hotel in Dubai war einfach top! Die Lage ist zentral, nur 650 m von der Metrostation Business Bay entfernt, mit Supermärkten und einer Moschee in der Nähe – ideal für Familien. Wir waren zwei Familien mit zehn Personen und die Wohnung war super ausgestattet: bequeme Betten, zwei Balkone mit Meerblick und genug Platz für alle. Das Highlight war der Infinity Pool im 64. Stock – atemberaubend! Trotz weniger Liegestühle war die Wartezeit kurz. Die drei Aufzüge funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Hotelrestaurant war preislich in Ordnung, besonders der Kellner Sipi war sehr freundlich. Nur die Portionen könnten grösser sein. Ein grosses Lob auch an den Anbieter Majestic – immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem: eine traumhafte Woche, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment on 18th floor, with parking space. Great location too, restaurants, groceries and park within a few minutes walk. There was no coffee machine when we were there, but there were three places to get coffee from just around the corner.

This is one of the better places that i have visited. Its very luxurious and very comfortable. Have a nice space for balcony. Over all one the best places that i have visted.

The place was absolutely beautiful, and I truly appreciated all the thoughtful details that made it so special. I had a wonderful time and felt right at home. Looking forward to staying again in the future 😍

A good place to stay - a spacious 3 bedroom apt with maid's room (it has a window) - so can be used a an extra bedroom for a kid or a teen. Great location to experience JBR vibe. The building is next to Môvenpick - The Walk, the beach - whatever you like. Also next to the tram on the Marina side.
