Claire went above and beyond with making sure we had the best break we could have. Excellent communication from the moment we booked, sending us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The house is faultless. Every little detail has been lovingly thought through. We would recommend this gorgeous property to people that really want a relaxing retreat. Somewhere you can totally relax and unwind. Thank you so much Claire for having us. Amazing stay in the hobbit hut. On arrival Mark showed us around and offered recommendations on local amenities which were lovely. Used the hot tub for one of the days there and it was great. Parking wise, we used the car park at the bottom of the hill as the road was steep and wasn’t sure if it would clear the ground. But it’s only a short walk up and lots to see. Really peaceful and quiet.

Paul and Sarah literally blew our minds with how kind and caring they were as hosts! Attentive, inquisitive and helpful … they made our trip! Apart from the lovely hosts, the setting was lovely, so peaceful and cosy. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need, and the little fire pit on the top of the hill was a vibe. We will definitely return :)

Beautiful pod! Host communication was spot on. Recommended places to eat, detail as to where everything is located. Place was really clean. Everything we needed was available. Coffee, tea, playing cards, shampoo ect. Comfy bed Lovely stay! Thank you :)

Dr Jill's place is just what I needed: safe, clean, comfortable, pretty, and with all the amenities I needed, and good value for the price. Jill really is a super host -- responsive and quick to any questions or needs, and very friendly and helpful without being intrusive in any way. She and her son Marcus really go out of their way to make sure your stay is as great as possible, with real personal care and thoughtful added touches (ie. dog blanket). Her house is located in a peaceful, lovely, walkable residential neighbourhood close to restaurants, launderette and shops, parks and green spaces; it's also close to all the resources of Sheffield. 10/10! We had a lovely weekend in Longnor. The village is beautiful and has a lovely local shop, cafe and pub. So everything you need in walking distance. There are some lovely walks directly from Longnor, but there are also plenty a short drive away. So brilliant location for walking. Leesa / Katie were great hosts, very responsive, clear instructions and even allowed us to check in early so we could make the most of the first day which was much appreciated. We had an issue with the hot water on one of the mornings, but Katie replied immediately and the problem was an easy fix. Beautiful house and location would fully recommend. Thanks!

Really enjoyed our one night stay at Brewer’s Cottage. Everything was as described, check in was easy and the cottage was well equipped and very clean. Thank you Penny ☺️

This place is amazing the advert doesn’t do it justice . Everything we wanted / needed to chill out and enjoy ourselves . Hosts were very friendly and helpful , they even left us a brilliant Easter treat .

My husband and I had a lovely stay here with our puppy. the campsite was lovely and included everything you would need such as kettle microwave etc, and the dining area is especially helpful too. The area is lovely and there is 2 pubs within a short walking distance both of which are dog friendly and serve great food we particularly enjoyed the gate inn. The area is beautiful and there is lots to see and do we would love to come back again to this site to see some of the places we didn’t get the chance to go, Thankyou Caroline for a lovely break away and for being a welcoming and accommodating host throughout our stay.
