The house was beautiful, the hot tub was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed! Sarah was wonderful, very quick to respond to messages and very helpful!

Tyler’s place was an absolute beauty! To be in a home that is set up for morning walks, overlooking the Ohio river is so peaceful. There were books in the home and had the opportunity to begin to read one of them….I will be purchasing it as soon as I get home. You are 8-12 minutes from restaurants and activities in Louisville in addition to multiple quaint locations in the surrounding area. I hope to get the chance to stay here again in the near future. Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

The house was lovely! Plenty of space. The gazebo and pond are very restful! Well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils! Close to all things bourbon and Bardstown! beds were comfy!

Courtney is always very responsive with problems and was flexible with our needs. Thankful for this private retreat. The otters are always a delight!

Denise was very quick to respond and communicated often. The entire process was by far one of our best. The property was beautiful and so peaceful and you’re just a quick drive to town. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay greatly while experiencing the Bourbon Trail. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable. I loved having access to the patios, fire pit, and downstairs bar. It was nice to wake up & enjoy coffee on the patio while listening to the geese. The Derby decorations were fun, the bed was comfortable, and all the small touches, like the record player were appreciated. I liked having access washer and dryer, too. I could tell that every part of the bed was washed before we arrived- which is SO important to me. It was a short drive to Kroger for basic necessities, and we could get on/off the highway easily for our bourbon travels. I would definitely stay again!

The home was spacious, clean and well kept. We especially enjoyed the deck and picture window overlooking the lake. A great spot for 2 couples to relax and enjoy what Kentucky has to offer. Very close proximity to the Bulleit Distillery, which held its Autumn Fest during our stay. Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and cozy; in fact, “cozy” was what our guests said about the cabin. Incidentally, we had somewhat of a small family reunion during our stay. We will definitely plan another trip. Thank you!

Meg goes above and beyond!!! Not only does she have the best view of the lake, the accommodations are impeccable from the screened in porch to the hot tub to the adorable kitchen and amazing sleeping accommodations!!! Every other cottage on Taylorsville pales in comparison!!! If you have not been, you need to check it out!!! There is a peacefulness and tranquillity that you immediately get as soon as you open the door to the #17.

After the recent passing of my Mom, I needed a getaway to relax , unwind and clear my head . I wanted someplace cozy and private, surrounded by nature. I knew nothing of the area but was very pleased. So quite and relaxing. SUPER clean, very impressive, no details overlooked. While relaxing in the hot tub, you could hear an owl calling in the distance. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

Loved the place. Loren was great to respond when I was booking. The house was perfect. We have stayed in the area before. Did have a problem with the hot water tank. She came up with a solution. Was able to finish our trip. thank you!

I was having a birthday girls weekend. The place was beautiful, the beds were all very comfortable, we had a very relaxing time. I would stay again for sure.
