This beautifully well lit contemporary apartment is located above Stonewall Abbey Wellness in vibrant downtown Sperryville. Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill). The space is perfect for a couple or two friends to take in our local flavors, such as hiking, mountain/gravel biking, or catching up over beverages from our local breweries and wineries. We welcome pets: $50.00 pet deposit.

On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

**Please note this guest suite is entirely private and located on the lower level of our home, with its own entry/exit and no shared areas.** We block Monday & Tuesday nights, but will entertain requests if you would like to book. The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub.

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Our house is 13 minutes from Shenandoah National Park's Thornton Gap entrance and only 6 minutes from Luray Caverns. You will love sipping your morning coffee while lounging on the front porch's swinging chair and relaxing in our hotel-grade beds! Office area with fast wifi!

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
