This is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town on business or here for pleasure. You will have everything you need to make your stay in LA one for the books. In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. You will have a private entrance, lounge chairs out front to take advantage of a classic sunny day in LA, and an endless array of gorgeous plants and flowers to perfume the air. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. If you need anything, however, I can respond quickly with solutions. Your concerns are my concerns and I welcome any and all feedback – my goal is to provide an optimal customer experience. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water filtered-drinkable from tap. You control temperature. Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 1PM -6PM FIRM. Because of L.A. city regulations we cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

extremely private and charming 3 bedroom mid-century house in the Sherman Oaks hills,convenient to Studios - just above the restaurants, shops,and vibrant nightlife of Ventura Blvd - your own quiet wooded hilltop in the middle of the city ! when in town owner lives in guest house attached to the garage - it is located across a large patio from the main house behind a thick stand of trees so hasn't been an issue (the back deck is completely secluded)
