The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. This private, well appointed 2 bedroom cottage is located in the quiet village of Erowal Bay, only a 3 minute walk from St Georges Basin and a 5 minute drive to Hyams Beach on Jervis Bay. With many other popular destinations including Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson within a 10 minute drive. The cottage is located at the rear of the block with driveway access, water views and a fenced yard.
