Place as described in Airbnb. Very close to the beach and central department store. A very small negative is the one way traffic around the building, so arriving by car is a little complicated, but…google maps worked great. All in all, will be happy to return to Mickey’s place next time we are in Pattaya

Amazing stay at this 1 bedroom seaview condo! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view – waking up to that every morning was incredible. The location was perfect, can walk to walking street and many restaurants close to local shops and attractions. The host was welcoming and provided great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

really enjoyed my recent stay here. I've stayed at this location a few times and it's one of the better areas to stay in my opinion. nice, clean big room. had a small issue to start that was handled well by the hosts. would recommend and will stay there again if available.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war super! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch gemeinsam gekocht und eine tolle Zeit Am Pool gehabt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und auch die Lage war einzigartig. Wir waren in der Nähe von allem und konnten uns sehr gut fortbewegen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

A piscina é a grande atração do local, pra adultos e crianças a diversão é garantida! A academia é de tamanho médio e tem um espaço aberto se você quiser correr ou se exercitar do lado de fora, ela tem vista pro mar e é bem agradável pela manhã malhar e olhar o mar. A anfitriã foi muito simpática e nos deixou algumas frutas para nossa chegada. A praia está a uns 300 metros e é fácil de chegar caminhando. Voltaríamos para o apartamento em outra oportunidade.

Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
