great place if you dont need to be close to the beach any way a 5 min with a cab or a scooter and you are there , rooms where clean , the pool and the sauna are also nice , you have everything the you need really close , i could only recommend it. thanks for a great place to stay.

Appartement très propre, et très fonctionele, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport… tout est parfais et vous avez une vu magnifique sur la ville. Les photos correspondes tout à fais. Je recommande à 100%

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur wunderbar! Eine absolute Premium Unterkunft. Absolut sauber, sehr modern, fantastische Ausstattung und das Bett ist einfach nur himmlisch! Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und alles ist in alle Richtungen erreichbar. Wow! Sehr toll. Ich habe mich verliebt.

Es ist bereit unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Stefan. Die Beschreibungen waren korrekt. Alles war perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um selbst zu kochen. Wobei der in Sichtweite liegende Foodmarket es nicht wirklich notwendig macht. Da kann man um kleines Geld hervorragend essen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Platz. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist grandios, man kann sie von drei Balkonen genießen. Herr New, der die Wohnung betreut, war immer erreichbar und Extrawüsche (Handtücher, Bettwäsche) wurden prompt erfüllt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können das Condo nur bestens weiter empfehlen.

Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design, outstanding furniture, and luxurious accommodations — everything was thoughtfully prepared to the highest standard. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The private pool and stunning amenities provided the perfect setting for laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Every corner of the villa reflects a true sense of style and comfort. Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a five-star resort combined with the warmth of a home, but this villa managed to achieve exactly that. We are beyond impressed and grateful for this amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠
