Property owners live onsite in the main house about 30 feet away from the cabin. Located just 20 minutes off HWY 280, this cabin is the perfect weekend retreat for those looking to get away from the bay area without actually leaving. Spend time relaxing in the pool, hiking or biking one of the nearby trails, or just reading a book while sitting among the redwood trees.

Stay on a farm animal rescue in a 38’ yellow school bus conversion. If you are interested we also host an Airbnb Experience called Life With Farm Animals At Rancho Roben Rescues where you get a 90-120 minute up close encounter with all of the animals - taking time to learn about each of the unique creatures that lives here and the opportunity to interact with them directly. Pet a chicken, groom a pony, feed a goat, take a walk patrolling the fields with our livestock guardian dogs.

There are lots of nearby hiking and biking trails, as well as other exciting outdoor activities. Being so close to Silicon Valley, yet feeling so far from it all is a truly unique experience unlike anywhere else. Pets generally ok. Check with hosts. Pets must not be left alone.

There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.

Welcome to Chiquita Cottage. Our 400 sq. ft. detached studio was fully renovated in summer 2018. Located behind our primary family residence, it provides comfort and privacy to travelers. A brand new kitchen, queen sized bed, free wifi, and Smart TV will help make your stay easy. We are walking distance from downtown Mountain View and perfectly situated for Light Rail, Cal Train, and major highway access.
