Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!

Property owners live onsite in the main house about 30 feet away from the cabin. Spend time relaxing in the pool, hiking or biking one of the nearby trails, or just reading a book while sitting among the redwood trees.

There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.

Welcome to Chiquita Cottage. Our 400 sq. ft. detached studio was fully renovated in summer 2018. Located behind our primary family residence, it provides comfort and privacy to travelers. A brand new kitchen, queen sized bed, free wifi, and Smart TV will help make your stay easy. We are walking distance from downtown Mountain View and perfectly situated for Light Rail, Cal Train, and major highway access.
