My property is a newly renovated guest house tucked away in the heart of Hollywood. Only a 10 minute walk from the Grumman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood/Highland Metro, Dolby Theater where the Oscars are held, and numerous famous bars and restaurants. The guest house is set in a jungle/paradise setting, in a very quiet and idyllic surrounding where all you can hear are birds chirping, my ginger kitty Bella sunbathing and my black lab Teddy making the rounds of his land.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Look for the many thoughtful colorful details that have gone into every inch of the space. Also enjoy the stunning LA sunset from the shaded balcony that is overlooking a beautiful park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere!

The Pool house has 2 bedrooms. One main bedroom and the second as optional upon request for a fee. Please request. There is a pull out couch in the living room that becomes a full size bed. The second bedroom is automatically available when the house is booked for over 2 guests. The house features a private entrance and exclusive use of the backyard and pool.
