Nice cozy place in such a great location, and the host was so responsive and lovely! Definitely recommend this place for solo travelers and couples!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Extremely pleasant experience. Thank u for everything!

Really nice little apartment, great location for Santa Monica and Venice and a lot of restaurants/bars in walking distance. It's below ground level so I worried that it would feel like a basement, but there's plenty of light and a very cute private outdoor courtyard. We had 4 people, the third bed is a sofa bed which would probably be okay for one but I think 6 would have been a squeeze. Place is large, clean and as advertised, and had everything we needed, including beach towels which we all forgot! Hosts were responsive, and check in/out was easy.

My top priorities when traveling are feeling safe, and having a kitchen. This spot checked both boxes. It was clean and cozy and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

George’s home was the perfect size of my big family. Not only was it exactly like the photos, but amenities he had through out the home was greatly appreciated! George was communicative, responsive and flexible from the time I booked to the time I checked out. He and his son also dropped off donuts for our family the morning we checked out! I’ve never had an Airbnb host as caring and thorough as George. My only regret was we didn’t stay longer but I’m looking forward to booking his home again when we come back to LA!

A most charming cottage. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The surroundings feel like a meditation center. Very lush and peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed running in the large backyard. John communicated frequently and promptly. Overall, we, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cozy house.

We spent 3 nights at the Cool Cottage to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday. The location and proximity to Universal Studios was perfect. We appreciated the coffee on the first morning of our arrival and the excellent dinner recommendations (Ca De’Sol and Hungry Crowd). Definitely recommend this place if you plan to spend time at Universal Studios and in the Hollywood area.

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

We will definitely be back for another stay soon! Place was clean, relatively easy to find (i’m directionally challenged sometimes), the level of security was amazing! I’m hesitant to leave a good review because I want to be able to come back and book when ready! lol 10/10
