Bunkhouse on Horse & Cattle Ranch Near I-95

You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Private One Bedroom Guest House (Unit #3)

Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #3. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private one bedroom guest house with kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room in a newly renovated farm guest house. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Extra measures are taken to sanitize the apartment after each guest. Guests, please consult the Host for permission to have visitors in the apartment. The neighborhood is safe for taking a walk. Park in your personal space beside the 3 steps to your private apartment (attached to the Host home). Located 1/2 mile from I-64 (and 7 hotels). Two miles from I-95. Quiet, clean, cozy comfort greets you.
