I felt very welcomed, though we just met for a brief moment Hilal was very friendly and sympathetic. To our surprise we were served breakfast. We felt well taken care of and would come back any time. A kind thank you 🙏🏼

beautiful stay, helpful and friendly host. driving distance to stuff around nizwa, definitely need to have your own car. host provides a very detailed helpful guide of the area. super helpful and responsive! will be back again.

Mamdouhs place is wonderful if you like to stay for your own in a little village. Be aware that it is not in Nizwa but in Birkart al Mouz. The flat is simple furnished but functional and very spaceful. I would have preferred real dishes instead of the camping set but I'm sure Mamdouh would have provided me with everything if I would have asked for. There is also no refrigerator. And it is a little bit inconvenient as to reach your own bathroom you have to move outside to next door. Mamdouh is very helpful as for example how to organize trips or to recommand really good restaurants or to find out the best routes to get somewhere.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Riad Nizwa décoré avec goût dans un style traditionnel. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et calmes. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du souk et des principaux sites de la vieille ville de Nizwa. L’hôte a été très accueillant.

Reza was accommodating to my early arrival plans to Nizwa which was very helpful. He was able to meet me at the house and hand me the key and give me a brief overview of the house which was nice. Big spacious bedroom and great for a one night stay in Nizwa. Reza was also great with communication.

Nice desert experience. Said's place was just as described. The cool desert air, the clear skies, and twinkling stars made for a memorable stay
