We have designed and handcrafted much of our home ourselves from the furniture to the furnishings and with everything you need for the perfect relaxing beach getaway. Well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with sofas, separate bedroom with king sized bed, bathroom and air conditioning in both rooms. El Nido Paredon

El Nido "the nest" is our little beach house. Perfect for a couple. Cozy for up to 3. One lot back from the beach, this two-story bungalow is conveniently located between the village and hotels. Just a few steps from the black Pacific sands, our breezy beach reprieve is an ideal setting for relaxation, surf, yoga or diving into a book. Open-air everything allows ocean breezes and the palm covered second story provides privacy while still having that open air feel.

Element - Air (No AC)

Place to relax and chill, with four distinct houses that represent each one of the elements: fire, wind, earth and water. Each house is complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a small pool that connects to the living area. All surrounded by a wooden deck and plenty of nature. An outdoor shower, yet private surrounded by nature to cool off from a relaxing day at the beach. *Not Be Suitable for Children under 2 years old*

Villas Tortuga Paredon (Ocean Front)

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).

Beverage and food is allowed to consume on the tiny house but not allowed to enter the rest of the hotel grounds and amenities.
