Renoviert, die Wohnung hat ein modernes Bad mit eine kleine Wanne und eine separate Dusche. Die moderne Kueche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Essbereich, Wohzimmer und Zwei Schlafzimmer sind grosszuegig geschnittenund haben neue Fenster mit Doppelverglasung. Innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man Supermaerkte und Kendal Bahnhof wo man direkt Zuegen nach Manchester Airport und Windermere findet. Die Stadtmitte ist 15 Minuten zu Fuss, wo man reichlich Geschaefte, Cafes und Restauranten finden kann.

The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studios each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle, toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary and focus of comfort and practicality. The garden view room has a double bed and the riverside room has a king sized bed. You are welcome to share our garden.

Guest Favourite Light, modern 1 bed apartment

A really bright, modern self contained apartment in central Kendal. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities including The Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Mountain Festival. Situated on the edge of the Lake District national park. Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells. Please ask for information on brilliant local swim spots.
