Our little cottage is a great place to start or end your travels down the Great Ocean Road or begin that trip back to Melbourne. Please note we are NOT the Ritz-Carlton, so please don’t expect that. We are a little old cottage that prides itself on being clean

This new loft conversion offers a spacious open plan living with bay views, located above 12 Rocks Cafe. Watch the sunset from one of two balconies during summer months, with a chilled glass of wine. Simply walk downstairs & you are on the main street, to your right a safe swimming beach. 10 minutes drive to 12 apostles. Accommodation more suited for adults.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

The Misty Dunes Woodshed

Named after the iconic Peterborough coastal sand dunes located 2 minutes away on the Great Ocean Road, this upcycled woodshed came to be when we, Bronte and Hayley purchased the 2-acre property at the start of 2020. Handmade from mostly salvaged and recycled products, what once was an old corrugated woodshed, is now an eye-catching and unique space, made with the sole purpose to relax, escape and appreciate the perfect blend of bush and sea.
