This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. Sorry preschoolers/infants not accepted.

Ariki beachfront apartment 1bed

Enjoy the view from this recently renovated beachfront apartment. This 1 bedroom with en suite apartment is located right on the reserve with direct access to the tidal beach. It has a kitchen/dining and living room open space with access to a patio with a spa pool (private use), outdoor dining set up and BBQ. The shopping mall is just up the street. You can bring your boat, park and launch it nearby. PLEASE NOTE: from August 16 to October 6 2025, the hot tub will not be operational

If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Wake up to birdsong and the sound of the sea on the beautiful hibiscus coast, with your own private walkway to the beach. This is a classic kiwi bach - not much matches, some of the windows don't fully open - but it's comfortable and fun, and a place to rest, relax, and enjoy nature. It is set amongst native pūriri and pōhutukawa trees which are home to tui’s, fantails and wood pigeons.
