The Old Stables might be the most interesting house I've ever stayed in. Cozy. And quirky. Kids loved it! It features hidden closets, a hidden bedroom for two dwarfs, a hidden laundry room and even a hidden toilet. We counted at least 78 places one can hide stuff in. There's a vampire house next doors and a cemetery behind it. The living room is spacious, there's a separate corner for reading upstairs and a big table for board games. The beds are comfy. Everything worked and was clean. Jane was very comunicative and helpful. She even lent us a vacuum cleaner for our car when the kids made mess in it. Tall and plus-size fellows, beware though. There's low ceilings, very low arches and corridors one has to literally squeeze through. While we loved the house, it might not be for everyone. Heartily recommended.

Such a wonderful stay. Quaint cottage with Idyllic surroundings. Modern comforts inside with everything needed to hand. Was the perfect base for our snowden expedition. A lovely sun trap in the garden that’s ideal for both sunrise and sunset, all-round outstanding visit

Wonderful location in the Shropshire hills, including grazing sheep in the garden!! The house was well appointed and a great value!

Our stay at the Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The place was cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Helen and her husband were a fantastic host—very welcoming and kind. The thoughtful touches throughout the Cottage made the stay feel extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Judith's. The Barn was cosy and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being so close to nature. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! Thank you, Judith for the lovely stay!

Martin was an excellent host. Always responded quickly and met us at the cottage with the key and some local knowledge, especially where to park. The cottage was great, has everything needed to feel at home and has beautiful views. Bonus is the rear garden overlooking fields and a great view. Nice touch was milk in the fridge and tea/coffee and some Welsh cakes. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to explore Llangollen

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Snowdonia! We had the most magical stay at this cozy nestled in the stunning landscape of Snowdonia. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, superpower shower, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with a real sense of comfort and charm, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Robin and Lois have the most gorgeous place, a proper little home away from home. Had everything we could need and stunning views - we loved watching the sheep in particular. The what3words address took us right to where we were staying and hosts were lovely, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for Snowdon Climbers! Great little cottage with fantastic views and close amenities, would be great for any walking holidays.

Great small touches lovely fresh eggs, bread, butter, wine and even supplied some baby food for our grandson. Very friendly and thoughtful, responsive to requests. We also met Luke who kindly lit us a fire in the evenings. Lovely Airbnb comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. Would recommend.

We have just returned fiona and Richards place in north wales and it was absolutely unique . I’m quite fussy but their barn conversion was beautiful , interesting , amazing decor and really so clean and stylish and welcoming - wow what a place ! We met Richard and Fiona and i was indulgent and had an hrs crystal therapy .. very special .. Fiona definitely has the magic . We white water rafted at the national centre 15 mins away .. such fun ! Unmissable ! And we dined at a local pub ten mins away … which was heaven . Would defo book this again as the accommodation was so well equipped and location was great .. peaceful and very grounding … chickens ducks . Sheep and of course beautiful Ted the dog ! Our stay here at Lucy’s was lovely! She was an amazing host and left some goodies for us for our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was immaculate and honestly I cannot say much more, it was so clean and well kept. The outside area was just as perfect and a cute set up; the hot tub was a beautiful extra touch which Lucy kindly maintained. She was very responsive and was exactly how a good host should be. Would wish her and her family all the best and I know for sure, whoever stays here will feel so safe and super comfortable!

Amy’s cottage was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Each night we sat out on the patio and watched the sunset. Amy provided complimentary crisps and flapjacks which was a lovely touch. The place was spotless throughout and felt very homely. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place the everyone.

Awesome stay! They even left us a bottle of wine with Welsh cheese, crackers & grapes as a welcome. Probably one of the cleanest AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in!

We had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The surroundings were so peaceful and seeing a sky full of stars was amazing after living in a city. The amenities of the place were amazing and the logs included was a massive pro - in other airbandbs we’ve had to take our own. The instructions were easy to follow and I would recommend everyone to stay in the barn owl :)

Beautiful converted modern barn. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbours, the beautiful sheep and lambs! The place was absolutely spotless, perfect for our family of 4 and doggo. We will be back!

Well what can I say, the week here has been the most peaceful get away. Sue greeted us when we arrived and made sure everything was perfect for our stay, even offering to bake us a cake (we had 2) . The house was perfect for our holiday, big dining table with amazing views and the weather was perfect to make use of the large area outside. We went for walks around their land, met the sheep, ducks and goats. Good recommendations for local pubs etc and it has been the perfect, peaceful getaway for all of us. Can HIGHLY recommend and I hope to be back again in the future.

Thank you June for letting me and my partner stay in your lovely, cosy cottage. The cottage was extremely clean, and it has everything we needed. The hot tub was massive, and was definitely a favourite. As a host June was so helpful and gave us some good ideas for restaurants etc. Would love to stay again. 10/10

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Carpenters Cottage - it’s spacious, clean, extremely well equipped, and set among a beautiful farmland with woods and lakes. We loved the tour of the 14th century chapel (thank you Rupert!) and my son was beside himself with excitement to spot the pigs, dogs, and tractors going past. The property is even better than it looks on the photos. Thank you to Harriet for a wonderful break

If you are looking for a remote and peaceful stay to get away from it all this place is the one! The location of the barn in its own grounds and at the end of a long track was just perfect- we didn’t see or hear a single person, just the birds which was lovely! The barn was stunning and so spacious the pictures really don’t do it justice. There was also plenty to do on rainy days, great tv, loads of dvds, puzzles l, books etc (thankfully we lucked out with the weather!) We usually opt for a place with a hot tub and this was the nicest one we’ve had! Really easy to control the temperature and the surroundings are unmatched. Overall it was a great base to explore that beautiful part of the world and it was lovely to come home to after a day walking!

Had three lovely nights in ‘The Dairy’. It was a good base to visit the local area; we went to the ice cream farm, and Chester zoo, and would recommend both. Accommodation was well maintained, spacious, clean and had good facilities. Shaun met us as we arrived, very pleasant and friendly, would recommend.

I don't think photos give away how great the place was. Loved all the art inside and how cosy the house was. We has everything we needed. If I must have thought of a downfall, it was just the fact there wasn't a direct door to the back garden so had to be careful dog doesn't run out on the road, but it worked out fine and it is definitely not a busy road anyway. definitely recommend the place for family or friends holiday, we're saving details for the future.
