The condo has a a beautiful view It is close to Coastal Carolina U. Grand Strand Mall, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Market Commons (softball), Broadway at the Beach, Golf, 10 minutes from the airport,12-15 minutes from the beaches ( outlets ) No nightlife or parking problems. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

Come stay at our home conveniently located 4 driving miles from public beach access. We're close enough to visit the beach daily but off the beaten path to be a quiet getaway for you and your family. Located between Surfside and Myrtle, our home is located in a family-oriented neighborhood close to a variety of dining options and attractions. Motorcycle and pet friendly, we hope this can be a "home away from home" for your family vacation stay. Large and Medium sized dog crates available.
