Уютен апартамент, топъл, светъл и оборудван с всичко необходимо. Вежливо и професионално отношение от домакина. Мястото е комуникативно. 30 минути пеша до Народното събрание. В района има заведения с отлична кухня. Локацията е добра и при посещения на концерти в зала Арена.

A proactive host, very kind and helpful. The place is very nice, quiet, 7 min by car away from the sloap, the place was very clean and tidy, definitely would recommand it and will come back.

Great stay, Yulia was an excellent host. The apartment is compact but clean with a small kitchenette area. Two of us stayed four nights perfectly comfortably. It is located in the Flora hotel near the centre of Borovets and reception is open 24/7. Worth being aware the hotel charges Airbnb renters quite high fees to use any of its facilities (e.g. 30Lev to go in the swimming pool) and won't store your ski equipment but this isn't down to the host and most equipment rental shops have heated lockers to hire.

Very nice, spacious place near NDK. Everything we needed was there, and then some. Highly recommended!

Mariela was a fantastic host, and was extremely helpful when we needed her during the check in process. Also the kind gesture of allowing us use the late check out was very beneficial for us. The place was ideal for my small family. The place was absolutely spotless with ample space. Thanks once again for accommodating us. If we return to borovets we will definitely stay here again. The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

Super nice place. You can walk to the center in 25 min or take a scouter for 10 min. Had everything we needed

Ik ben zelf een maand in het appartement verbleven en het verblijf is voortreffelijk verlopen. Terry was altijd heel vriendelijk en attent en stuurde wekelijks een melding om te kijken hoe het ging. En om te kijken of er iets was waarmee zij mij kon helpen. Het appartement zelf was heel schoon en practisch ingericht en heeft alle benodigdheden en meer (ik kan echt op niets komen, wat het appartement niet heeft) Het is wel iets verder van het centrum, maar er is een rechtstreekse metro vanuit het huis naar het centrum die ongeveer 20/25 min duurt. Dit appartement is dan ook zeker een absolute aanrader voor een ieder die niet in het centrum zelf wil verblijven. en ik zal het bij mijn volgende bezoek zeker bezoeken

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

The apartment was big and very comfortable for 3 people. The neighborhood is nice and communication with Marte was really smooth. I recommend this place!

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

Πολύ καλή επιλογή το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα αν θέλετε να πάτε για σκι άξιζε τα χρήματα του . Η host πολύ ευγενική !

Nagyon jó a lakás elosztása, mert jól lehet szeparálódni. Heten voltunk kollégák egy konferencián, és örültünk, hogy ezt a lakást választottuk. A konyha kimondottan jól felszerelt. Rengeteg terasz, több fürdőszoba minden szinten, masszázsfotel, szobabicikli, mosógép, vasaló, gardrób, kellő mennyiségű törölköző, hatalmas hűtőszekrény fagyasztóval, bekészített jégkockával, gyertyák, hangulat fények - mintha otthon lettünk volna. Még vendégváró friss gyümölcs is be volt készítve. Nagy pozitívum a saját garázs, és plusz egy saját udvari parkoló, hogy ne az utcán álljon az autó. Jó szívvel ajánljuk!

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

The location of the house is absolutely amazing. The river anf the woods are just 2 mins from your yard. There is an amazing barbecue and an amazing garden. The communication with the host and everyone was perfect.

We had a lovely time staying at Ludomir's place. Ludomir was super helpful and responsive. This property will be our first choice next time we come to Sofia!
