Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Много хубава, голяма и чиста къща. Мястото за хранене е отделно от къщата, което също е удобно. Мястото е комуникативно и в центъра на града, в близост до магазини и ресторанти. Борислав е много гостоприемен домакин.

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Прекрасна къща! На тихо и спокойно място и в същото време на 5 мин. до близкия град. Разполага с напълно оборудвана кухня и трапезария, в спалните /климатизирани/ има допълнителни завивки и хавлии. Чистотата е на ниво. За зимата къщата се отоплява предостатъчно. Има място за паркиране на 3-4 коли и обширен двор за детски игри. Басейна остана неизползван, но ще се върнем лятото, за да си доставим и тази емоция. Къщата прилича на домакина - приветлив, любезен и гостоприемен. Препоръчвам!

Преживяването може да се опише като “на гости при най-близките роднини”. Алекс и Ради са повече от хостове, те са приятели, роднини. Там се чувстваш обгрижен, като у дома си! Магическо място направено с много любов и даващо любов и уют!

Вилата е точно като на снимките. Има всички екстри за прекрасно изкарване. Басейнът е страхотен, изцяло на разположение на гостите по време на престоя. В кухнята има абсолютно всичко за готвене. На разположение беше голяма миялна машина и всичко необходимо за ползването ѝ. Препоръчвам мястото на компании, търсещи почивка и чист въздух. С удоволствие бихме посетили вилата отново!

Great place where we stayed the weekend with 6 friends. The place looks exactly like advertised and is very relaxing and private The weekend was hot, so we used the swimming pool extensively. Lilyana responds fast to messages and gave us some useful tips for sightseeing and store locations. It was also possible to do a flexible check-in, since we weren't sure how late we would arrive. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place to everyone and might even return with my family in the future.

Great location, so close to the metro and all of Sofia is easily reachable- the bus and train station as well are incredibly close to the apartment. The apartment is incredibly clean and perfect for a few nights. The wifi worked great and we could have not asked for more. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped enough for a few nights, more than I was expecting. The building itself is still under renovation but this did not take anything away from the apartment and did not bother us whatsoever. Would 100% recommend and will be back when in Sofia.

Absolutely the BEST SPOT in a great location! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect — parking was easy to find, the apartment was stylish, cozy, and incredibly clean. You can tell the host has decorated the space with so much love and attention to detail. It made my stay in the city more than exciting — it truly felt like a home away from home. Kolay bulunan bir noktadaydı. Ev son derece düzenli ve temizdi. Ev sahibinin ilgisi güzeldi. Sayfada belirtilen olanaklar tam olarak doğruydu.Güzel bir deneyimdi ve keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak şehrin kalbine ve gezilecek yerlere 25 dakika civarında bir yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Otobüs ile de inilebilir ama biz yürümeyi tercih ettik. Çok yakınında alışveriş yapabileceğimiz bir zincir market şubesinin bulunması, evde kalınan süredeki yiyecek ve sair ihtiyaçların karşılanmasında büyük kolaylık sağladı. Özel otopark, bina kompleksinin iç avlusunda yer almaktadır. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir haben als Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt für zweieinhalb Wochen gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist eine schöne, modernisierte Altbauwohnung, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Wir waren im Winter da und die Heizungen funktionierten alle super und es war angenehm warm. Nina war zu jeder Zeit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft und Nina als Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

A cozy retro-style apartment in Sofia. Nice area, in the apartment it's totally quiet 24h a day which I highly appreciated. Close proximity to supermarkets, tram/metro station, cafes. Walking distance to Sofia's main sights. The place is spacious and perfect for two people, maybe up to 3. AC works well for heating, kitchen is functional however not suitable for more than basic cooking (no sharp knife, no grater, no blender). The bed is good, bathroom basic but good enough. All in all a good value for money.
