Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

Ciaras place is spectacular! The decor, the linens, the outside space was amazing. Great views. The listing doesn't do it justice! There are so many little extras that made this vacation one of the best. Great location, easy access to the freeway and all these great beach towns. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ciara.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

My family stayed here for a few days while in town for a reunion, what a great place! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for three people, a fully functional kitchen, and a porch with a stunning view of the woods surrounding the house. The neighborhood was safe and very hip, and easy to walk around. John recommended the ice cream place nearby and it did not disappoint. The house is also very close by to the museums in Balboa Park, and a very easy drive to several nearby beaches. Communication with John and his son was easy and immediate, they were great hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

Our family of 7 (aged teenage to adult) stayed here. The view was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the front spacious balcony with ocean views and abundant seating. We also liked that it was a bit setback from the road (over the garage entrance). The living room with sectional & large coffee table was perfect for game night. We also utilized the kitchen and grill, which had everything we needed for a delicious home cooked dinner. We walked a whole bunch along the strand, which is so much fun. It’s close to the pier and lots of great restaurants. We were able to use the beach gear and quickly realized that we hadn’t needed to bring anything from home. The beach locker had multiple beach chairs and just about everything you would need for a fun day at the beach. The rental had a good stock of beach towels and regular towels as well. Overall, an amazing experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

Jamal's home is beautiful with a 360 view, comfortable and spacious. Great location! Would recommend anyone staying in SD to visit this home! The neighbors were friendly. I especially appreciated the parking and safety!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

If you are looking for a view of San Diego and the bay, this is the place. The view is spectacular! The home is beautiful and fully equipped for a family stay. Lots to do in the area for young children. Beds are comfortable. New carpet was great for the kids to play on. Hot tub on the balcony at night overlooking the city lights was our highlight in the night after the kids went to bed. We will definitely be back again with our family!

Beautiful home. Great place to stay. Has all the amenities one would need for their trip. The amazing pool and backyard kept the adults and children entertained all weekend. Only 25 mins to downtown. Paul is an excellent communicator. Quickly addressed minor issues we had. Super helpful, would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at Casa Nera! The house was even better than the photos. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfy. Perfect, peaceful spot for us to relax for spring break!

Great house! Denise was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of space for my sister and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for her wedding. Would stay again!

As others have said, Elmar is a great host and the property was beautiful. We loved the view of the orchards from the patio. Our elderly parents especially appreciated all the citrus from the property that Elmar generously shared with us. Meandering through the grapefruit groves brought them back to their agricultural roots. Furnishings and accessories were all very tasteful and reminiscent of boutique hotel decor. We were there for an engagement party and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and hang out around the massive dining table and the outdoor patio. Wished we could have stayed longer to relax and just enjoy the space.

Allen was great at responding and was always willing to send us things when needed for the house. Helpful and super easy check in process. The house was great for the price with plenty of things to do. Big house with plenty of room for our 11 people. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!

Stay was great! Host was super responsive and helpful. Home looks just like the photos. Pool was very warm for it being February. Hot tub very hot as well. Entire house is labeled for ease. Pretty easy drive to San Diego. Beach and pier very close and beautiful too. Zero complaints.
