The Black House - colorful style and garden

Welcome to The Black House. A charming wooden house built in 1928 with a terrass facing the south and a spacious garden. Balcony facing the north side. One master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Living room with a real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. The house is my private home which means it has personal items but plenty of space for storage. ABBA recorded a version of "Waterloo" in 1973 in the old studio downstairs. The studio is now a separate apartment with tenants.

The house is newly renovated but we have the same listing as before! This is a great house for a family. It has two bedrooms, one downstairs and one on the loft. It is situated in a northern suburb of Stockholm with great access to public transport. The bus stop is about 200m walk and the metro train is less than ten minutes' walk. You will really enjoy your stay in this lovely traditional Swedish home.

From Jakobsberg Station (a 8-10 minutes walk from our house) you'll reach the Central Station in 20 minutes by taking the Suburban Train. We have a huge garden well suited for playing kids and recreation. Near by shop open 9am to 9pm 7+ rooms
