1BR, 1B Cabin- We offer up to seven cabins in this brand new and beautiful park with lots to do. Surrounded by the state park of the same name, and located on the Paluxy River just outside of historic Glen Rose. The cabins come fully furnished with a full kitchen and comfortable living area. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed, and two twin beds upstairs in the loft that you access with a ladder. Two adults and three kids are allowed in the base price. At the Hive, we have blended a classic A-frame style with the treehouse feel that our guests love. Our largest cabin so far will sleep four with room for dining and just hanging out. The huge porch wrapped around the trees provides the perfect spot for relaxing with family or friends. Adults-Only (18+): This property is not suitable for children. Guests who book and arrive with children without prior approval will have their reservation canceled without refund in accordance with house rules.

Cabin is a nice retreat for a couple as well as a family. Kids can play or read in the UPSTAIRS loft, play in the yard or explore the fenced in, on site trails with mom & dad. May see frogs, rabbits, deer, roadrunners, lizards, insects, nature etc. We do have a dog, ‘ROSA’ who stays in her fenced in area but loves to play fetch & run the trails with guests when parents allow, just ask!! Deck, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit for s’mores, or enjoy while star watching in the dark night sky.
