You’ll love the cottage's privacy, open space and natural light. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved, trained pets are welcome, but we ask for prior approval and there is a $50 per stay charge. Fair Street Retreat A Historical Petaluma Studio

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops.
