David’s condo was just as described, very clean, and provided a comfortable space with access to a great private beach. Highly recommend the place and I would stay again.

This property is not only spacious, accommodating 12 of us easily while allowing for plenty of personal space and no competition for bathrooms. Adults and kids found their little nooks and peaceful spots in the house and/or on the deck and balcony. The beach was incredibly accessible and we felt like we had our own personal pathway to it (even though technically it is part of the community, the way the house is situated makes it feel private.) It was so nice to just look out the windows or sit on the deck and see and hear the waves. We were right next to the security gate, which was very reassuring, and the guards were helpful and great resources for info about the community, etc. One potential thing to consider is that if you are planning on cooking a lot of big evening meals, the lighting in the kitchen is very limited. During the day it's fine! The house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We found almost anything we were looking for that we needed-- even a ball pump!

This was our second time staying in this house! My group of 11 fit easily and we all were very satisfied with our stay. I definitely recommend this place for your rocky point vacation!

Came in to race the San Felipe 250 and wanted a place that was peaceful and relaxing while not on the race course. This home was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Sunrise from the rooftop was amazing. Would highly recommend booking this home

This was our second time at this condo and we loved it. Large beds, ground floor with a large patio. We were 6 people and a dog and there were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. The patio has a little gate that you can open to enter the premises, which is super convenient, especially with our dog. We can just hop out back and take him to the beach without ever having to be near the busy street. Quick walk, too. Great food at the restaurant. Minigolf is basic but still a fun activity. Premises are clean and quiet. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy and perfect for our little getaway. We specifically chose this unit because it’s just a few steps from the pool and to top it off, it was heated! The kitchen is fully functional, and there were plenty of towels all around the unit, which was super convenient.We’d love to come back and enjoy more time here.A few helpful notes, especially if you’re traveling with your mother-in-law:Master Bedroom with a big closet (though only a few hangers)..The bed is very comfy but sits a bit high.The bunk bed is a little too high for toddlers.The bathroom in the room is a bit tight for larger people, but the shower is surprisingly big.Guest Bedroom:No closet access, but there’s a drawer chest.The shower drains slowly, so plan for quick showers or it might turn into a mini pool. Pet-friendly, but pets aren’t allowed in pool area.There’s a mini-market nearby Great for last-minute needs like napkins, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, water and snacks.

The house was large with 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. The kitchen was large and had a beautiful view of the water. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach itself was quiet and beautiful. The tide went out each day leaving tidepools to explore along the entire beach. Andrew was excellent, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this rental!

Steve promptly met us at the gate for check in and orientation-- friendly guy and ready to help. The unit was as comfortable as expected. King size bed upstairs, pull-out sofa downstairs. Plumbing has great water pressure and proper drainage, new smart tv and new refrigerator work great, AC / heat pumps upstairs and downstairs keep the entire unit consistently cool.

Fernando is really friendly The place is really quiet the view is amazing We had a good time we would recommend this place for who ever is wanting to get away somewhere quiet and peaceful within walking distance from the beach . Fernando was really attentive he recommended a local breakfast spot we loved . The place is just like the picture we were very comfortable. I would definitely be back.

There is so much to write and not sufficient space to do so. It is awesome, fantastic, superb, and wonderful! To save a bit of space, I am going to bullet my top-10: 1. Excellent beds - hands-down the best we have ever slept in an in AirBnB/Other. 2. Courtyard is so fun - the kids played games and just loved it! 3. The rooftop space is huge and we caught every sunset and moonrise from it. 4. LOVED the hacienda style - all rooms open into the courtyard in true Mexican Hacienda style - soooo cool. 5. Beach access is close with a wide alley, which made it easy. 6. TONS of space throughout the home - its huge. 7. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe - never worried about our kidos. 8. The hosts are responsive and gracious (had a garage door cable snap and they addressed it immediately). 9. Well equipped kitchen (but needs a few smaller pots). 10. Excellent Wifi. 11. (Bonus) Excellent snorkeling close-by!

Good area and great host! The initial introductions to find the place was a bit confusing but we were able to figure it out. Host had a lot of good recommendations and quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend
