Aimad’s place was a lovely home away from home when I was in Marrakech for nine weeks. It was comfy and homely, plus the air conditioning was a welcome addition in the midst of a fierce Moroccan summer. Beyond the home’s comfort and charm, Aimad is a super caring and considerate host. Very nice place to stay and very responsive host. Friendly staff at the property from guards to cleaning to maintenance. The property is ideal location for walkable distance to many places like the main square and shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy nearby. Great pool and loungers provided by the host are another attention to detail that the host has thought about. Thank you Othmane for helping us have a great experience of Marrakesh. Appartement très confortable et chaleureux. Situé près de la plage où nous avons fait du dromadaire. Il est situé à 35 minutes à pieds du quaie et des souks ! C'est un bon endroit pour faire de la marche et surtout un bel endroit, sur le bord de la plage. Nous avons eu la chance de le rencontrer à notre arrivée et il nous a super bien accueilli ! merci pour le séjour 🤟

Riad Momo was fantastic! The accommodations were very well thought out, welcoming and luxurious. We HIGHLY recommend meals with Miriam - she cooked authentic, delicious meals, and ensured we were very comfortable. The location was excellent - centrally located to all the sites, but quiet and relaxing inside. Colle was a fantastic host, personalized our experience with prompt responses and a seamless pick-up and drop off at the airport. The bedding was very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop and in the courtyard with the beautiful flowers. Everything was perfect! We can't recommend this highly enough! JUST BOOK IT - you won't regret it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Gastgeber waren überaus gastfreundlich und haben uns bei jeder Frage und jedem Anliegen prompt und mit viel Engagement weitergeholfen. Sie standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und waren stets erreichbar. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass sie uns zweimal zum Essen eingeladen haben – die Gastgeberin hat selbst gekocht und uns mit fantastischem, sehr umfangreichem Essen verwöhnt. Außerdem hatten wir die Gelegenheit, zwei weitere ihrer Unterkünfte zu besuchen und dort gemeinsam zu essen. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir gesucht haben - mit dem schönsten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Bernd war ein super Gastgeber, äußerst unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank - wir kommen dann wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, le Riad est magnifique, les chambres et les lits sont très confortables et le personnel est très attentionné. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et les plats préparés par Ania, Khadija et Keltoum étaient absolument délicieux, la meilleure cuisine que nous ayons goûté au Maroc. My friend and I had a beautiful time in Marrakech in this Riad. Francois and his team were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay from cooking. They were always very responsive and accommodating. The riad itself was stunning! It looks just like the pictures, maybe even better. The pool, the rooftop and the suites were all amazing. Khadijah was an absolute gem and her cooking was some of the best we had in all of Marrakech. Amazing, beautiful stay in an amazing city!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable en plein cœur de la médina. Notre hôte a été très réactif et la dame qui nous a accueillis était charmante. Le logement est magnifique et calme au milieu du cœur de Marrakech!

We stayed for one week and the accommodation was great. The check in was flexible, and Hassan always almost instantly responded to any messages. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need from a washing machine over towels to all the kitchen utensils. The building entrance is always guarded by security and the building was in a safe location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definetely recommend.

khawla ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

I had the best time renting this apartment. it is super central in abattoir area but since it was on 6th floor you couldn't hear the streets at all. The grand taxi station, souk and loads of places to eat is so nearby. we also renting a car that I could park right outside the apartment. The security working at borj was so nice and friendly and always there to help. Not to mention the kitchen had everything you needed to cook food from omelette to couscous. Would easily rent here again!
