Fantastic place , good location easy to access . Easy to communicate with hosts were very friendly and helpful . Would have booked longer but sadly was already booked will be my go to place in Agadir !

Perfect location surrounded by well kept gardens within a complex of similar houses. The property was compact and perfect size for 2-4 people, very clean and lovely rooftop seating. Easy/short walk to the beach with endless stretch of sand to walk on. Lovely to sit with the veranda windows open in morning/evening listening to the birds. Unfortunately the complex pool is being renovated, so if you want to swim/laze by the pool you can ask to use the Ocean Dunes House/Hotel which charges 100 dhms/day (but it was worth it as I loved to swim each day, albeit cold). Not near to town or restaurants so it is best to have a car - I walked up to the paragliding hotel most days for a coffee (good to watch gliders take off and nice breeze/views). We would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un havre de paix au milieu des orangers et des oiseaux. Une mention spéciale pour Hafida qui a été comme notre famille, en plus d’être excellente cuisinière. Il y a des chiens qui vivent dans le domaine qui sont vraiment très gentils mais il est bon de préciser leur présence. Nous avons eu des frais à notre sortie non prévus dans le règlement (400 MAD pour électricité, papier toilette etc, 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette par chambre par séjour….) à notre grande surprise.

Beautiful mansión with amazing Morocco decor, that gives remarkable memories. The mansión is huge, every bedroom has own bathroom, 4 livingrooms, 2 terrases outside and nice swimming pool. Proactive host Maria who helped us organize out tours for reasonable price. Great housekeeper, who cooked nice meals for mornings and keep house neat. Great location, walkable distance to local market. Really love the place. 10 out of 10

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir gesucht haben - mit dem schönsten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Bernd war ein super Gastgeber, äußerst unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank - wir kommen dann wieder.

Tarik took us on a drive around village to show us where to eat and shop, showed us around at his own expense, very friendly, communication was excellent

Lovely family stay, Rachid was friendly & helpful aswell as Ahmed the gate man who was lovely, the villa is spacious & well equipped with the gym & inside pool which was good for the kids, rooms are big & beds comfy, the outside space is nice & there’s tortoises in the garden which the kids loved to feed, the location is great with a car it’s right near croc parc, the surrounding area is peaceful & there’s local shops nearby with a small market aswell as bakeries etc please visit here if staying the prices are so much lower than central agadir & it’s putting money back into the local people. We loved going down & buying the fresh bread, fruit & cakes. I would say the kitchen wasn’t that great to cook for the 5 of us we struggled & the oven glass kept falling out aswell as some things hadn’t been cleaned at all, there’s no sun loungers either but the majority of the time we found that the garden is in the shade due to the position of the Villa.

Ahmed was a super host and super responsive as to when we had any questions. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and the Marina where we had dinner one night. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Also a huge thank you for arranging our transfer to the airport after our stay. 😊

We loved our stay here. A nice homely apartment to recover from a broken leg. Responsive host, helpful guards, shops, restaurants and pharmacy all within walking distance.

L'appartement était propre et situé dans un immeuble calme. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, Mohamed nous a aimablement aidés à monter nos bagages dans les escaliers. Une mosquée se trouve à proximité, et un supermarché BIM est accessible à pied. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, nous sentant à l'aise comme chez nous. Mohamed s'est montré sympathique et a communiqué efficacement tout au long de notre visite.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Siham was one of the best host I have had. She was responsive to any request and I admire her dedication to the stay. Very quiet for sleeping. Convenient location. Great way to come to know Morocco a little better.

Keroub is kwonderful host, very friendly and responsive. Answered all of our questions and helped us feel at home. It's a really great apartment, spacious, super clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. Bedrooms were lovely and beds comfortable. The location was great, peaceful but just a short stroll from the souk, restaurants etc. Everything was great and we would definitely come and stay again.

De petits inconvénients parfaitement acceptés en raison de la situation et du prix très attractif. Appartement absolument conforme à l'annonce avec de bonnes surprises (literie de qualité, propreté, sécurité). Et surtout, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis (thé et pâtisseries), guidés et accompagnés (dans la ville) avec une extrême gentillesse. Tres bon petit déjeuner préparé par l'hôtesse. Hôtes chaleureux, attentionnés et généreux. Un grand merci ! Nous recommandons avec objectivité et plaisir. 😊

The Appartment was really nice. The Check-In was very easy. Even though we arrived late, Maryem stayed awake to let us check-in - thank you again!! The appartment had everything needed.

The place the big windows and the views were amazing! It’s around a 10-15 min walk to the markets, it’s a very secluded town. Overall great experience, there’s activities by the beach which added onto it too. Just to let you know- there’s no lifts in the building, so if you’re carrying suitcases you’ll have to take them up 2 flights of stairs

I had a wonderful time staying in Khaled's apartment, khaled is a very kind and helpful host and his communication was excellent. The apartement was lovely, quiet and peaceful and in an excellent location within walking distance of Souq Elhad and many beutiful mosque's. It is also a 5-8 minute taxi to the beach. The stay was great value for money and if you are looking for a more local and authentic experience of agadir then this is the place for you! 10/10. Looking forward to returning here in the future. Avec mon épouse et nos 3 enfants (dont un bébé d'1 an) nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans une superbe résidence à Agadir. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue, avec une piscine impeccable et des espaces communs très agréables. La sécurité est optimale, ce qui nous a permis de profiter en toute tranquillité avec nos enfants. L'emplacement est top pour découvrir Agadir et les alentours. L’appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien aménagé : rien ne manquait pour un séjour confortable. Et surtout, un grand merci à l’hôte, qui a été extrêmement sympathique, à l’écoute et disponible pour faciliter notre réservation et répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Agadir !

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The home is beautifully clean, spacious, well stocked, even down to the sun beds to take to the pool! There are a lot of apartment buildings but Laila’s instructions make it clear how to find the right one. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the three pools on site. Laila responds quicker than any host we’ve had and is so helpful and considerate. Highly recommend!

Tres joli logement en bord de mer, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé. Parking gratuit juste devant et entrée sécurisée. Une énorme piscine, un peu fraiche mais une fois quon y est c'est agréable..et plage à 2 pas. Epicerie juste à côté pour le dépannage..pratique! Special dédicace au petit resto "Dru dis" et ses petits déjeuners succulents, un peu plus haut sur la rue. Accès facile depuis Agadir et 15mn en voiture de taghazout et son ambiance surf. Merci à Kamal, je recommande, n'hésitez pas.

This apartment worked great for us. The building has a staircase that goes up to the street and down to the beach. The segment of beach here is lovely -- it's clean with nice sand for walking on and fairly quiet compared to the other nearby stretches of beach. My kids loved jumping in the waves and exploring the tide pools. It's a very short walk from the building down to the busier part of town and it's right across from the hill which has a super cool skatepark at the top (hiking up the hill is for the sure-footed, others should get a taxi around to the hilltop). Rachid was great and also helped arrange private transfer from Casablanca.
