Artful light-filled compact urban space that opens onto a large cedar screened porch. Includes comfy natural mattress, wood furniture, soaking tub (with hand held shower), and bath salts. Walkable to Zilker Park/Barton Springs. Perfect for solos, romantic for couples. PLEASE NOTE: 1. House next door is under construction. Best for those exploring during the day to avoid noise. 2. The porch and casita are shoe-less. 3. A cat sometimes lazes on the porch 4. Bikes and scooters are rentable nearby

The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. The Cottage can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if you require additional space. See you soon!

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

Southwest Austin Apartment on mini-homestead

Welcome to a serene piece of the country right in Southwest Austin! This private (detached) apartment is a little piece of heaven with it's own private yard where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, birdwatch and sometimes even catch a glimpse of the neighborhood herd of deer. This is an ideal location - just 15 minutes into Austin proper and an easy daytrip to the beautiful Texas hill country. Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. Chic Casita: Private Entry, Full Kitchen

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
