Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Haven: Charming 3-Bed Village Home nr Dartmoor

A beautifully restored 19th-century home with a private garden, blending period charm with modern comfort. Set in a peaceful and picturesque village, just a (very) short walk to two pubs and perfectly placed for Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Elegant, spacious, and designed for relaxed, memorable stays, whether as a family, a couple or a group of friends, with/without a dog!

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Unwind at this Devonshire farmhouse, surrounded by the moors. Take an early morning stroll, then head back for a morning coffee to enjoy the elevated views of Dartmoor. Although secluded with a feeling of remoteness, the picturesque village of Widecombe, with its well-known pub is only a five-minute drive away . The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.
