Nice place to stay if come with family. Stay for 2 days but toilet paper 4 toilet all given by half only.

The place is super cozy for a staycation! We'll definitely be back for our next visit to Melaka.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Fantastisch locatie in Seseh. Buurt is volop in ontwikkeling, maar daar heb je in het mooie huis geen last van. Het huisje is echt een oase, een parel voor jonge gezinnen! Onze meisjes (4 en 1) gingen helemaal los in de kinderkamer, renden over het gras en genoten van het speelgoed in het zwembad. Juist die extra’s maken een locatie top! Op loopafstand zit een heel leuk ontbijttentje met speelhoek. Ook op loopafstand de waring met zeezicht. En een fantastische spa, ook op loopafstand. De directe omgeving is niet perse mooi door de vele verbouwingen, maar nogmaals, daar hebben wij geen last van gehad.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Airbnb! The price was incredibly affordable, yet the accommodation didn’t feel “cheap” at all. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the bathroom was spotless. What really stood out was the service—our host was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel welcoming. If you’re looking for a great place to stay without spending a lot, this is definitely it. Highly recommend!

Great value for money the price was very affordable, the quality of the stay far exceeded our expectation the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos the location was super convenient, there's Mcd just right by the main road, easy to get around and close to everything we needed the host was also very friendly and responsive Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable stay

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit als Familie mit kleinem Baby (1 Jahr) in der Unterkunft. Ich kann die Unterkunft auch sehr für Familien empfehlen, da zu Fuß viel erreichbar ist (Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Night-Market). Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung für Babys ist auch wirklich klasse. Wir haben die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Ms. Emily’s unit is definitely one of those places you’ll want to keep coming back to! The host was very responsive and helpful. The cleanliness is top-notch, which is something I’m very particular about, especially since my daughter has asthma. It was spotless, no coackroach and well-maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need, and all the basic essentials are thoughtfully provided, including toiletries. What really stood out to me was the gallons of drinking water available upon arrival and 2 new toothbrush and toothpaste. Small but incredibly thoughtful touch that makes a big difference. The location is also excellent. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and very accessible via different modes of transportation like Grab, jeepneys, and tricycles since it’s right along C. Raymundo and Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue. Overall, Ms. Emily’s place checks all the boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The apartment was very nice, big and comfortable. The location was very good and the communication with the owner was perfect. I highly recommend to stay in this apartment if you are in the city.

We enjoyed our stay in Baguio because we had a nice and clean transient to go home to. Mr. Shu is very responsive and accommodating. The transient is fully equipped from living room, kitchen and bedroom. We had a good stay at shu cozy homes.Definitely recommended. Mr.Shu is a great host.

Honestly it was a perfects stay! The wife and kids loved it as well. The amenities were great, especially the pool and gym. Quite close to a lot and a short Grab ride from the rest. Grace was also really pleasant, helpful, and accommodating.

It is one of the most comfortable stay we ever had in the Philippines. We loved the space, the amenities, the location and the way the host communicated with us. Everything we needed for our stay was there, which was really nice as we stayed for more than 2 weeks with a baby! The washing machine was really helpful for us as well as the well equipped kitchen that made us feel more at home. And we also appreciated the fact that they provided a crib for our baby! We will surely book this place again when we are back for another holiday in the Philippines! Highly recommended!

Nice, very quiet apartment with very responsive host :) I stayed here for a month, only had problem with hot water once but Anna was very responsive and they fixed it very fast. In general I would definitely recommend

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

A very nice place to stay for my business travel. Nice amenities. Close to beach. Nearby mini mart, restaurants, coffee shops.

We had a great holiday during our stay.. kudos to the host for still being able to reply even its christmas. The unit was as described and not hard to find. The only problem we had is the wifi was lost during our final night and the back up wasnt working.. also, eventhough theres no parking within the property, theres nearby parking for rent spots which is convienient for guests bringing cars like us. All in all its a value for money and great location. Thank you elite stays!

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made our arrival super smooth. The place itself is awesome—clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it's right in the heart of the city, so we were close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Sir Darwin's place has a very good location being close to limketkai center and public transportation access (jeepney to centrio for example). The unit is bigger than the units my sisters occupied, with a small price difference (2,400 vs 2681). The beds are so comfy especially the linens (beautiful), curtains are black out-like curtains, furnishings are made of wood, cutlery is nice (gold themed), plenty of cooking utensils, indoor slippers, Two screens, fast Internet... we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again if ever we come back to Cdo. thank you Sir Darwin for assisting us during our entire stay. I really appreciate the extra effort to help me opeeate the washing machine :) oh and the cleanliness is superb!

The house is really clean— all the lamps and aircon work great. It has a good view from the balcony, the TV is working, and there are plates, a fridge, and a microwave available to heat up our food. The bed is spotless and very comfortable to sleep on. There are a few things I’d like to point out to help future guests with the check-in process. First of all, during our arrival, we spent about 5 minutes driving around trying to get to Level 5/5A to park our car. The passage is quite narrow and a bit scary, with many scratch marks on the walls, likely from cars brushing against them. Another thing is that the instructions to find the lift from Level 5/5A were not very clear. We drove around for nearly 10 minutes before finally spotting the lift, which is actually near the guard at the entrance parking area but quite hidden. I suggest the host include clearer directions and maybe some pictures in the guide to make this easier for future guests. Overall, I’m satisfied with this Airbnb!
