Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

This was my third time staying at Antonia's beautiful place. Stunning surroundings, beautiful walks at your doorstep. Lots to do and visit in the local area. The Shed is super cosy and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at Karen’s property just outside of Bath. We’ve stayed before as it ticks all of our boxes - convenient location, kitchen facilities and parking. It’s also very cosy and we thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of a log fire. She left us little food treats for breakfast and I love the fact she leaves extra, common sense items out like an alarm clock! Happy to stay again if she’ll have us!!

Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise - the view, space, cabin and overall location make this not to be missed. The large fire pit was amazing and thanks for the first night’s wood. The view from the gas bbq was phenomenal. Fantastic pubs and historical sights of Lacock in walking distance, absolute peace and quiet, it’s just a dream holiday for anyone - especially a weary urbanite like me. Perfect for couples to go off-grid and relax. Thanks so much Mark for your helpful comms and all the thought you’ve put in to the place - we can’t wait to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay for the Bank holiday weekend at this beautiful cabin. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so soundly. It was so wonderful to wake up in the morning and open all the windows, so we could sit in bed and take in the beautiful views. David and Jill were so friendly and hospitable — we will definitely be back!

Lyn and David are the most wonderful hosts! David build the home from the ground up and it is very beautiful! We loved how homely it felt, comfortable beds, views that are out of this world and a really peaceful place to be! We can’t thank you both enough for allowing us to share your slice of Mendip Hills beauty!! Lyn left some homemade scones which were to die for! We have to revisit as we didn’t explore all the amazing walks and Wells in more detail , and would not think twice to stay again. PS there is a beautiful little shepherds hut nearby with the same amazing views also built by David (Lyn said because he was bored!) Hopefully David remains bored, we look forward to his next amazing space/s. We highly recommend you visit!

Had a solo stay- lovely hut with small kitchen and fridge. Some thoughtful touches like cold water and juice left on a boiling hot day for me. Very beautiful garden, I enjoyed the nearby sunset and sat out with the wood burner looking at the stars. Magical.

WOW- I can’t recommend this listing any more highly. Lou went above and beyond to make our stay special. The drive through her garden/farm to get to the accommodation felt magical, before witnessing the stunning Shepard’s hut. If you’re looking for a cute countryside retreat, this is the one for you. It was so peaceful having a few drinks in the fairly light lit hot tub, before crashing on the large king sized bed. 15 minute drive to cheddar gorge, and only 5 minutes to local pub (or 20 min walk). Lou was super responsive the whole trip and did whatever she could to make our stay feel special. We will definitely be returning next year (potentially with friends as she has another studio with space for 2 more people on a separate listing). Thanks so much :)

We had a wonderful night away here! Such a beautiful garden and surroundings. The shed had all you need for glamping and was a perfect spot to relax and pause for a moment. Would love to come back here again :)

Lovely Safari tent in a secluded woodland; the location was great! The tent was super comfortable and we had a lovley time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend break ☺️

We had a really lovely stay in Parkend! The cabin was cozy, warm, had everything we needed and was well-furnished. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed stargazing on the clear nights. Graham and Di were great hosts. Very responsive and the breakfast basket was such a lovely added bonus. This airbnb was very good value for money - particularly in such a great location close to lots of walks and attractions. Would be very happy to come back at some point and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

This is a great getaway in beautiful surroundings. The hot tub nakes it for us and we watch the sun come up and go down in it. Lovely stay, we've been before and we'll come back again.

We had such a fantastic stay at Val and Tony's beautiful cabin! The place was spotless, cozy, and even more stunning than the photos. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—it was the perfect way to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay extra special was the thoughtful birthday touch they added for our daughter. It meant so much to us and made the trip unforgettable for her. You can really tell Val and Tony care about their guests and go the extra mile. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a clean, gorgeous cabin with amazing hosts, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

Janine is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The location is private with stunning views, the Sheppards hut is very nice, and the hot tub is a nice addition for an amazing getaway

Debbie and Walter were a lovely couple, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, even the chickens were friendly enough to sit with us at lunch lol. The location was lovely, surrounded by peace and lush countryside and to top it off, a sunset from your doorstep The cabin had everything we could need and was lovely, very homely, comfortable and clean The hot tub was a nice size for two people. I would love to come back 🙂

Cosy, hidden gem perfectly situated for walkable access to Harbourside, Wharf, Bristol Beacon, Theatres and Broadmead shops. Short stroll takes you to North St independent shops, cafes and Tobacco Factory for good food and entertainment. Parking has never been a problem in and around the adjacent streets.

I spent a peaceful few days at the Dovecote earlier this month, feeling right at home on the farm with Sophia and her family. They were extremely helpful and kind, allowing for an early check in and letting me know when I’d left something behind after check out. I loved the surroundings and would recommend exploring the nearby churchyard and the path through the fields beyond. The birds seemed to sing extra loudly and I spotted deer among the blossoming blackthorn. It’s a beautiful location.

Lovely cabin perfect for a little getaway for 2! We love staying here as it’s nice and close to everything that’s needed, but tucked away enough that it feels private. It’s always clean and very cozy! Everything we need there, hosts are always responsive and accommodating!

We used this little studio to stay over night while visiting friends who lived near by. The studio was easy to find. Easy to access and very well presented. Clean and comfortable. Easy to park. The homemade bread was a lovely addition to have with a cuppa on Sunday morning before we left. Thank you very much for having us at your peaceful retreat.

Amazing home, everything you need for a long weekend away! The decking is lovely to relax in the warm weather but the sofa is also comfy for the cooler evenings! Fresh milk and eggs were a lovely touch on arrival and the later check out was much appreciated. We will miss the rooster coming to visit us! Thank you very much for having us

Used the hut for a lovely girls weekend, the space was just right with a lovely hot tub. The view was incredible and there were lots of local things to do. If you are looking for a quiet secluded weekend away to treat yourself then this is the place!
