Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. This home was beautifully updated in 2023. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two cots in the game room, sleeps 10. Three of the bedrooms have king beds. Dog friendly, sorry no cats or other pets. **Driveway is on a hill, winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.

Key Cottage is a signature New Park suite - it has stained glass, incredible stonework, and incredibly rare Brazilian purpleheart floors. It's also homey, cozy, private, dog-friendly, and a little quirky. It has a studio setup with a queen sized bed and a click-clack couch (it lays down). It also has a full kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, and sink. There's even a dining room!
