The home was wonderful, instructions were clear. We had no issues and a wonderful vacation thanks to this home!

As a solo traveler I get anxious especially in a new place. John & Shelly were very communicative & check in with Shelly was great to get the lay of the land. They even had snacks & water which was great after a long trip. Quiet, peaceful, clean & had everything you could need for a trip. (Especially if you are prone to forgetting things like me) Neighborhood was safe & a 5-10 min walk to CVS/stores. Great stay, feels like home.

This was a perfect vacation place for family and friends, every bed room has an attached bathroom which is rear to find, entire house is very clean, spotless, amenities are awesome. There is an electric charger for electric vehicles. All our guests loved it and they are ready to come back to create more memories. Ample parking, very nicely equipped kitchen, TVs on both the floors, great dining table and furniture for your entire group. Overall, it was an awesome place close to beach and many great restaurants.

With 10 adults, we had plenty of room in the house to move around and sleep. House was close to the water, boardwalk and places to eat.

This place is best Airbnb in Delaware I booked for my family who came from out of state, Very peaceful and a quiet environment, It felt like home. Even my guest wanted to stay longer because of the place. The deco is different and beautiful, Master bedroom is like a whole apartment. The picture don’t do it justice. I recommend this place any day and any time. Will definitely stay again

Lovely home in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We loved the mix of elegance with easy relaxation. It was delightful to enjoy the hot tub amidst the call of the spring peepers from the pond, as well as visits from foxes and many interesting birds. The teen loved the snack basket and game room. We all thought the beds were comfortable, and playing pool was a hit. Finally, the kitchen was terrific for all our cooking and easy hanging out. We appreciate beautiful and clean dog-friendly accommodations like yours!

The house was even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The living area is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable for our family's needs. The outdoor area was very enjoyable as well. It is evident that Heather has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming vacation home.

Marie was very helpful, responsive, and informative. Her place was in a great location and close to the beach, and very clean. The beach passes, beach chairs, and beach toys were a nice added touch! Would definitely recommend!

It is in a good location, and the apartment has everything you need. The host is well-communicated, and we enjoyed staying there.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. I like that it's private and fenced in since I had 2 small kids with me. very clean and had stuff I forgot to bring so everything was perfect.

I have stayed in many airbnbs over the past several years and evolve was by far one of the nicest places I visited. Isaac was a was very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. the Airbnb was very roomy very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful area, not a far drive to the boardwalk or shopping center. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! 10 out of 10. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were very pleased with the condo! It was beautifully furnished and the Sea Colony had great amenities and activities. We ended up only using the main floor and loved the screen-in balcony. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting our family.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The location was midway between Rehobeth, Lewes and Millsboro. I appreciated the hair dryer and all of the kitchen utensils. The balcony was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on. This is a definite return location.... if I don't find my own home there soon! :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ocean City, NJ! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the boardwalk. It was so convenient to pop back to the house whenever we needed a break. Plus, there are so many great restaurants nearby. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you're looking for a perfect spot to enjoy Ocean City, this place is it—close to all the action but in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We definitely be back!

I love Bear Trap Dunes and this particular rental was so close to the clubhouse and a perfect one-story place for little kids. The amenities are great, love the pools and jacuzzi. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. It’s a 5-minute drive to the beach, arcades, and playgrounds. The location is great location and I definitely recommend the stay.
