Wonderful little getaway in Woodland Hills. Jennifer was a great host, and our family felt very comfortable in the space. Easy walk to grocery store and through the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Overall a really pleasant stay! We took Lime/Bird scooters all over the area easily. There were a few nights that the alley behind the bedroom was noisy and woke us up, but otherwise was nice. James was very proactive and gave extremely helpful, detailed instructions.

Patrick was a lovely host! The place was great and homey, it was a little bit tight for 4 people but Patrick was very clear about that from the beginning and it was not an issue at all. He was very accommodating with our check in and out, we would happily stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay for a night or five! Dog friendly, clean, responded quickly to questions, everything I needed was there. Thank you Barry and Van-Martin!

Kingston's place was perfect for just me! Great walkable location, the most comfy bed with soft sheets. Felt right at home.

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Possibly the best place I’ve ever booked. Gordon greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful with local recommendations and making sure we felt at home during our stay. The place itself was small, but intimate and had everything we needed to appreciate the inside and outdoors. There was plenty of light and hot water in the cabin itself, and the outside of it holds warm outdoor lights in case you’re not too fond of complete darkness. Overall, I’m definitely coming here again.

We needed a place close to USC to visit our daughter and this was only a 15 minute drive. Avery is a great host! Very helpful and responsive. The place is easy to get to, just as described, and never had any issues with parking. I would definitely stay again!

The cutest place on Air Bnb that I have ever stayed! So much detail and thought has gone into your stay! It was the most wonderful and amazing experience. Nathalie was wonderful, kind, and an excellent host! Her entire place was gorgeous. She put so much thought and effort into the design! Also, the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling/ smelling better than ever! I can’t wait to stay there again!

Great secluded back house. Had all the comforts of home. The place was clean and comfy. We loved the heated pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Izzy was a great welcoming treat.

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay and would go back! The location was great for us (close to VDL, Griffith Observatory, Hollyhock house, in addition to lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurants by car) and the place was very clean. As a germaphobe, I appreciated having a brand new sponge in the kitchen.

Wonderful stay! The check-in process was seamless and the app to lock the door was incredibly convenient and easy. I was in town for work but also wanted to stay close to family. Really close walk to all the shops on York. Overall great experience and would love to stay again!

Super clean and had all the things we needed, even a washer and dryer! Very kind welcome package with snacks and coffee and water. Nice touch!

Elena’s place is very cute and exactly as nice as you’d hope for when you arrive. The patio area was our favorite, the sun shades were very nice for keeping the patio cool. We spent most of our time outside since it was nice and peaceful. The immediate area was very quiet and felt safe. And we really appreciated how quick Elena was to respond!

We've stayed in a few different places in Venice over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It's a perfect space - well decorated with cool furniture, and every room felt just the right size. The kitchen was great, really well organized, and the bathroom / bathtub was clean and lovely (loved the bidet). Internet was fast and reliable, great for working from home like I did (and there are also tons of places - restaurants / cafes - to work out of nearby). Walking distance to my favorite gym, Barry's Bootcamp, as well as the grocery store. Great for kids because of the bathtub and the fenced in front yard. Would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Jake and Charlotte's place was a serene oasis after traveling for work! The neighborhood was quiet but well located with lots good restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance. The space was well maintained and I appreciated that there was easy parking. I hope to stay again for future trips. Thank you Jake and Charlotte!

We loved our stay in the historic Laurel Canyon. Matt was very friendly while welcoming us upon our arrival. The cabin was cozy with comfortable bedding, had all the amenities we needed and we appreciated having driveway access and access to the deck with stunning views!

stayed for proximity to Dodgers Stadium. beautiful historic home and neighborhood. Didn't use it, but metrorail station is a short walk away. Parking was fine on the street out front. Nice park for running or walking nearby. Grocery, fast food and restaurants all within walking distance. would certainly stay here again.

Polinas studio is absolutely lovely. The back patio area is very relaxing with lots of tree coverage making it private. The space is very cute, comfortable and has everything you need. I used to live in the area but now I just visit so I knew what To expect with the area and I did feel really safe as a single female traveler staying there. I will definitely look to book again the next time I go to California.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway
