The unit has been remodeled with a new kitchen and living room furnishings. Easy parking lot with vehicle plug-in. It's a building with 3 other units, and it welcomes guests. Easy access to major highways, close to the Fairbanks l Hospital, and Fort Wainwright. The City transportation is also very close to the property.

This tiny, 8’ x 12’ cabin offers privacy for two. Conveniently located in West Fairbanks, 10 minutes from the airport, it features a loft bed, small kitchen appliances, and artistic decor, exclusive, private use of a full bathroom inside our home, completely separate from our personal area. A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
