'Funky Retro Caboose'

Unser ‚Caboose‘ sieht aus wie ein Zigeunerwagen, nur 9 m2 groß, aber gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Und man sitzt so richtig im Grünen! Direkt nebenan ist euer kleines Bad mit einer tollen Dusche, und eine kleine Küche. Wir wohnen am Ende einer Sackgasse und es ist normalerweise sehr ruhig. Eine Auffahrt neben dem Caboose führt zum Nachbarhaus. Wenn ich unterrichte hörst du Cellotöne vom Studio unten im Haus, aber hauptsächlich sorgen Vögel für die musikalische Unterhaltung! Formerly the popular Bird's nest on Rosetta the accommodation has been modified and expanded to include a open plan lounge/kitchenette/dining space on the ground floor. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck or amble down to the popular Rosetta cafe. The property has its own beach access so you can meander down a grassy path to a quiet beach spot away from the madding crowds to sip a glass of wine and watch a stunning sunset with a backdrop of Kapiti Island.

This one-bedroom seaside cottage is directly across the road from Paekakariki Beach and is the perfect location for those who enjoy beach walks, swims and surfing. The Escarpment track (Te Araroa trail), Whareroa Farm, surf club, and village cafes are all close by. The cottage's west-facing aspect provides great sun and incredible sunsets. The cottage is fully self-contained and has dedicated off-street parking. The owner's residence is on the same site, but both are separate and private.

We also offer a guaranteed late checkout of 2pm on the day you leave.... so you can sleep-in and relax.... there is no rush to go :-)
