Stay in a cozy updated Miner's cabin! This is a sweet older but updated home full of Nevada City old time charm. Note that bedrooms are attached to each other, but the back one does have an exit to outside. The set up is ideal for families with children or groups that do not require a lot of privacy from each other. Enjoy an easy walk to downtown Nevada City, and a close drive to many nature spots. Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint & cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, wifi is not great here . There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.
