El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.
