The Tinder Guest House is a 4-room guest only suite. It features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, smart tv, mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. Coffee, tea, water, and creamer are provided as well as a baked item for breakfast. There is one hallway private bath. The game room has foosball and shuffleboard tables. The sitting room also has a smart tv. These two front rooms have excellent train view! Please note: A portion of the hallway is shared with a rear apartment.

Our townhouse is in a quiet residential area close to historic sites, parkland, jogging trails, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Must like dogs our Jack Russell rules the kingdom very affectionate and loving. We are also conveniently located to National Harbor. We are a short walk to Jones Park and Potomac River.

Less than an hour drive from D.C. and only 10 - 15 min from Quantico and Downtown Fredericksburg where you can walk around to shop, eat or have a drink. Unlike some other places, we don't require you to perform any chores or cleaning before checking out. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Feel free to take your time, savor your last moments, and leave any tidying up to us.
