Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.

Great location with beautiful views. Close to the main city but will need car or public transport to get to restaurants or grocery. Place was clean and very well equipped. My only recommendation will be that the kitchen amenities need bit of upgrade but it was extremely minor they still had all the basics in the kitchen. we loved our stay and will definitely come back

Very happy with our stay for a family of 8 adults. Everything was well set up in bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Few issues we had was the wheelie bins were full on arrival right next to the front door which was unappealing on arrival and no where to put our rubbish. We also felt to advertise as accommodation for 8 the living room wasn’t the most ideal set up and very crammed in with little couch space for people to sit . Just minor issues. Overall great stay and very happy with everything else

Lovely place, the host was very helpful and responsive. The view is stunning. The house is big but very cozy and warm.

Amazing location. Insane views with a very underrating listing. Different to the listing, cannot complain. Very spacious for large groups and roomy. So close to town, easy to uber.

The property certainly caters for a large group. 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas was great. All appliances worked well. Pictures on ABnb did not indicate house 6A in front of property, just expecting that however, didn’t spoil our stay. Access to property would be difficult with any large SUV as cars often crowd the narrow driveway. Would have appreciated a bedside light in our bedroom Light switch turned all ceiling lights on. In all ,recommended. Staff at Hello Queenstown were prompt in replies to our emails.

The place was very spacious and clean. The staircase leading up to the apartment was a bit narrow. The location is great with a beautiful view from the balcony. Hello Queenstown was very proactive with their communication and gave lots of detailed information regarding the place and activities. They also accepted this booking on very short notice (evening of the stay).

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marina Appartement with our family, and we couldn't have been more impressed! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly located. The amenities were top-notch, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome basket and the convenient location close to local attractions. Overall, we had an amazing time at Marina Appartement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation. We can't wait to come back! *Tips for others:* - The apartment is ideal for families with kids, with plenty of space and amenities. - The host is very responsive and helpful, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

可惜我們訂的這間房間不是湖景第一排，但遮蔽不多，所以仍能看到湖景，房間內應有盡有，廚具非常的完善，還有洗脫烘的洗衣，非常方便，對於旅行的人來說能直接在房間內洗衣服非常加分。但是可惜屋內沒有電梯，我們房間剛好安排在三樓，扛行李有點累，其他空間舒服，設備齊全，整體很推薦

Traveled down to Queenstown from Akl and were blessed to have absolutely stunning views from this beautiful Air Bnb. It was a perfect fit for my friends and I with comfy furniture and could enjoy the nice heated spa in the cool crisp air of Queenstown Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Queenstown! Quick and Reliable communication from the hosts aswell

We had a wonderful stay. The view was stunning . We felt like home with all needed amenities. Though we had some wifi and lock problems it was fixed immediately. Very friendly and responsible staff with immediate response to our queries/ concerns. We would definitely come back and stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks from our family

The house pictures don't do justice to the place, beyond expectations. You have to be in to believe the gorgeous house with breathtaking views. We traveled with our parents and they truly loved staying at this property.

Well maintained and clean apartment and professional hosts...the apartment has great amenities and is perfect when traveling with families..parking is not a hassle..
