Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. The historic Templeton Flaxmill Museum is also on the property. Riverton township is just 5 minutes drive and offers great local dining options, art and surf spots.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Robbie's Accommodation consists of two absolute beachfront studio units located only 65m from the high tide mark, boasting fresh modern décor, a kitchenette (no cooking) but with tea and coffee, fridge and toaster, but there’s great cafes and restaurants nearby. Each room is separate and has its own ensuite bathroom. You can surf right to your door step on one of NZ's longest waves, or watch the boats come in and relax enjoying the stunning sea views of Taramea Bay.

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee unless the unit is left in a messy condition.
