Beautiful home, beautiful location, walk right to the beach!!

April was a star five hostess. Very responsive very nice. The home could not have been any cleaner. I used to live in that neighborhood when I lived in Florida is like coming back home. Very nice.

If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Angela's Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, was the perfect stay for our small group. We felt at home immediately. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and having exclusive access to outdoor amenities like the firepit, BBQ grill, and great Adirondack chairs were a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet making it easy to relax and unwind. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better location for our event. With quick access to I-95 and I-295, we were able to explore everything the Jacksonville area and our schedule allowed. Jacksonville Beaches, historic St. Augustine, the Bolles School, and the area shopping & dining. Angela was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay.

Great location. We were able to bring our pets. Very clean . It was a joy to stay there. I recommend booking this great place.

I almost didn’t write this review, just so I could gatekeep this wonder. This was easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The check-in was fairly simple. We got settled in and found out that everything was within walking distance. We had a fantastic time which was further highlighted by how cozy their space is. Further, their mix of board games and puzzles gave us unlimited entertainment.

Susan was very friendly and responsive. Home was as described. Home had plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels which was nice . I would definitely stay at Susan’s property again.

This was our first time in the St. Augustine area so we weren’t sure the best place to stay- in town or near the beaches. This spot was perfect and convenient to both! We had about a 30 minute walk to town which worked out well because parking is limited downtown. There was a nice small convenience store nearby as well. Quiet neighborhood, perfect set up inside! Very comfortable, we can’t wait to return.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

We loved staying here. The walk to the beach was only like 3-5 minutes so we really enjoyed that. The place was clean and cozy. We were so close to a bunch of restaurants- you could walk to so many things. It was perfect for just me and my husband. Catherine was super quick to respond about any and every thing. She was even very up front about an issue she discovered right before we got there and was VERY apologetic and had it fixed quickly. We will be back and for longer next time.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

We were so thrilled with this air b&b! Perfect place for celebrating our son’s graduation! The place had everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge bonus! Loved smelling the jasmine in bloom on the back porch with beautiful sound of relaxing wind chimes. We will definitely be coming back! A huge thank you to Edward!!

We had an amazing stay at Guy’s place in St. Augustine! The house has a beautiful pool area that we enjoyed almost every day. We were also easy driving distance to everything we could want, including all the restaurants and shops downtown and the beach. We were able to bring our dog and the neighborhood was very walkable with him, with a dog park and dog-friendly state parks accessible as well. Next time we’re in St. Augustine, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Ghazal’s place was beautiful inside, super clean, and well stocked if you plan on cooking! The drive to the location was gorgeous and close to everything we needed. She left some thoughtful touches inside which were really sweet and answered any questions that I had quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at her place again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this condo, the photos do it no justice. It's super spacious, thoughtfully equipped and the views are unmatched. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from either the bed or the balcony, and the overall tranquility of our stay was a much needed retreat. We highly recommend checking out Falcon's Nest in the community for a late-night snack or delicious drinks! This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and it certainly won’t be our last!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was just like it is listed- clean and beautiful. All the amenities were as promised. Vanessa communicated with me before we arrived via text and I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend this stay. Beach is a super short walk just across the street which is super convenient. Note: this is an upstairs unit so make sure you can get your suitcase up the stairs.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and can’t wait to return! It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax. The condo was super clean and well taken care of—huge thanks to the excellent host who made everything easy and enjoyable. The resort staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We were also so glad we could bring our pets along, it made the trip even more special! One thing to note: there’s a bit of a distance from the main gate to the condo, but that ended up being one of our favorite parts. It gave us extra privacy, and most days we had the beach and pool all to ourselves. No crowds, no traffic—just peace and quiet. The setting was calm and serene, perfect for a restful getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

My family of four had a great time! The pool was lovely and we used it day 1. There was a great view of the ocean from picnic tables near pool so I sat there a bit as beach was too cool for me (breezy) on day 1. Grounds were pristine and walkways were clean and tidy. We liked walking and bicycling in the trails through the “jungle” as I liked to call it:) Trail was lovely and peaceful. Two kings were nice with plenty room in closets and dressers for clothes. Kitchen nicely appointed w very nice knives, a blender, and great pans for cooing eggs. The glass containers w lids appreciated for leftovers. Oh, we loved the location. Such a beautiful part of the island!
