The place has a lot of potential, as it's very well located. However, the builders did not do a very good job on the final touches. Nevertheless, the place is very well maintained and the pictures posted matches the description. I definitely recommend this place!!

Hôte disponible et compréhensif. Appartement situé en plein centre ville et en bordure de route, idéal quand on ne maîtrise pas la ville.

I stayed in Amandine's smaller flat. I am a sucker for space, so it didn't feel awesome at first, but was cozy enough. The place is relatively easy to find and there are nice restaurants nearby, Tcho'o, tchopetyamo, African Food by Emy, etc, and it's literally three minutes walk to Petit Terrain Bonamoussadi. The host was super responsive and always willing to help, making the stay really pleasant. The place felt safe and private, which I really appreciate. Overall, very pleased, looking forward to staying at Amandine's place again.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce logement. L'appartementbde Médine était impeccable, charmant, lumineux et correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Médine a été une hôte attentionnée, chaleureuse, disponible. Elle a été très réactive à nos questions et nous a donné d'excellents conseils sur les restaurants et les activités à faire dans le quartier. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et des loisirs. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Béatrice ainsi que sa gestionnaire Michelle ont été très professionnelles, courtoises et surtout très réactives lors de nos différents échanges. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et l'emplacement ainsi que l'environnement du logement correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins. Je recommande sans hésiter et je les recontacterai surement lorsque j'aurai besoin d'un logement à Douala !

Excellent séjour dans cette villa discrète, propre et sécurisé. Hôte réactif et très accueillant. Je recommande. Comme suggestion d’amélioration de la prestation : - remplacer le ballon d’eau chaude qui semble défectueux. - prévoir un lave linge au vue du prix de la location.

Exceptional Apartment in Douala! Elena & Claudin’s apartment is like a rare jewel. We have never found such a clean, well decorated, super secure apartment in the whole country at such an affordable price! If you can get the dates you are looking for at this place, book immediately! I’m sure their calendar will be always full. The photographs match the actual apartment precisely in some cases that is not shown in the photographs that you will appreciate. Note: there are helpful staff members at the location who can do some small errands for you and get you acclimated to the area very well. Everyone is very service oriented and happy to help you with your stay. ***Host are multilingual! French, English, German…they can help you.
