The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.
